It is recommended for anyone below the heights of 5'7" - 6'1"/170 - 185cm Ball

Gym balls are also often referred to as a Swiss ball, and is also known by a number of different names, including balance ball, birth ball, body ball, fitness ball, gymnastic ball, Physio ball, Pilates ball and stability ball.
66fit Gym Balls are most often used in physical therapy, athletic training, general exercise and improving core stability.

What size do I require?
The suggested ball size is related to your height. This is so that when you sit on the gym ball (when correctly inflated to the indicated size) your knees are positioned slightly lower than your hips. The recommended ball/height size is as follows:
5'0"/152cm or less - 45cm Ball
5'1" - 5'6"/155 - 167cm - 55cm Ball
5'7" - 6'1"/170 - 185cm - 65cm Ball
6'2"/188cm or above - 75cm Ball
