  I was really pleased with this DVD as i have never tried yoga/pilates before. It is really easy to follow and you can really feel it the next day even though at the time it doesn't strain you. If you're a begginer then go for this dvd.

  Sorry, but i found thid dvd soooooo boring. I like a really good workout where you can build up a sweat and this is not it. I bought this dvd as i've done yoga before but this dvd is so slow and boring it doesnt keep me interested at all. Also Louise is quite annoying too, she speaks through her nose and emphasises the word "body" which is really annoying.
  I am thoroughly dissappointed with this dvd, i expected better.

  I was so shocked at how effective this was. I was used to doing the cross trainer several times a week, but felt I needed something to help tone. This was just the job, concentrated on the core muscles, fantastic, and challenging. I have lost inches from my waist and legs, I didnt believe it could work so good.
  People have moaned about her voice, I couldn't care less the results are what I'm after and I didnt find her annoying at all, if anything relaxing.
  Really have noticed a difference with my legs arms and stomach, 'instant abs' fantastic work out.
  So pleased buying another dvd of hers today to differ exercises, but will still use this one, loving it.

  I bought this DVD a couple of weeks ago now, and I really like it. I bought it because people said it worked and is easy. It's short so is easy to do after work, and relaxing to do after a hard day as well. So far I've not lost anything, but I'm persevering as I really want to have a flatter stomach. It says you should notice a difference after a month, so I'm still going! People have commented on her voice - I personally don't like the Australian accent, however I don't find her accent annoying, but quite relaxing. I like that she is a normal sized person, not a stick like the others in the video, and she smiles and encourages you lots. I also needed to work on my posture and this DVD is certainly helping that as well.

  I have been using Louise Solomons Yogalates DVD's for about 3 months now. This was the first one I purchased, I liked it so much I went on to purchase three more of her DVD's. I would definately recommend them to someone who needs to increase their tone and fitness, but does not have time to go to classes.
  Four Months ago I was suffering from chronic lower back pain, although I could perform everyday tasks, there was always a niggling ache. Now that I regularly workout using the DVD's, my back is almost pain free, I have not changed much else in my life, so I think the improvement is related to the increase in my fitness.
  Louise has a lovely manner and gives clear instruction, for a person like me who has never been the best at coordinating my body, I really appreciate the clarity and pace at which she presents the workouts.
